Pink was incredible performing Barracuda with Nancy Wilson, Someone to Love with Queen and then Pretender with The Foo Fighters and of course Shane was a highlight!
My favorite story about Taylor that I've heard about him was that he would buy equipment for local kids in the area so they can practice. That is incredibly generous and a really good way to spend that Rockstar money. Helping out the next generation. As a fellow musician I can't tell you how important it is and how much of a struggle it is to afford decent equipment at times. Equipment that can help improve your plane and open more creativity but it just costs so darn much. The fact that he would help out youngsters understanding how difficult it is to put together a drum kit that is worth a darn on the cheap speaks volumes about who he is. He didn't have to do that but he did. Very cool that he would help them out like that.
Agree....the UK show was much better handled, why it was limited to Paramount + was moronic and not great for the fans. I watched every second of UK show, saw nothing last night but oh well
There was one guy doing a Livestream last night but he was having to reload it frequently. It was still nice to see it even if it was interrupted often.
Please allow for no voice tones here.. But I could swear, as I purposely checked yesterday, that this was livestreamed on MTVs YT channel just as the London tribute was. I was able to watch that in entirety uninterrupted here in the States. I presumed from the list of availability for streaming that this was gonna be identical. I also knew there wasn't a snowballs' chance in Hell that I'd be able to stay awake for it starting at 10pm.. 🕊
Highly agree with these being Top Ten 🤘 Every moment super charged and surreal Music The Universal Language Also brings Hope and Healing Foos and all guests gave Taylor Good SendOff Though the “Send” no one wished to have to do So many moves through their individual grief To form a Group Gathering for Sake of All And for Sake of Taylor What he meant to them as Family & Friend And what he continues to mean to us all And his history and legend will Live On Forever in his contribution to Music 🕯🎵
Good question. Why not Tom Petty or Eddie Van Halen? They didn't get one either. I think it's because Taylor made so many connections with other musicians and actively maintained those friendships.
@@rayerscarpensael2300 I wouldn't say the Stones or VH are not nice guys. They're just more private. Dave and Taylor have very outgoing personalities. BTW: I met Taylor once at a Supergrass show in LA. He was super nice, humble and fun. I can see why so many people loved him.
I'm confused. Is the Foofighter still on tour ? Or are they just charging the fans to cover all the backstage expences like. Hotels Suites, Airlines, Catering, Production Personals, Transportation, Security & EMTs. Just to name a few. So the fans can pay to cover the cost to hold a Tribute for Taylor Hawkins?

Were you at the LA gig? What was your favourite moment from the show?
Them Crooked Vultures and of course Shane!!

It not being streamed and having to hear all about it from people who were there sucks. I know a lot of fans are with me on this.
@@jerahmaya77 I watched the UK show on UA-cam live. Not sure why they didn’t do the same for US.

I couldn’t even find it on Paramount plus, to be honest. I’m a Paramount plus subscriber and couldn’t find it anywhere last night 🤷🏼♂️

Agreed
"Hawks circling the venue overhead". Surreal. I feel in that way, he was there watching and admiring.
Those hawks were Taylor's way of saying, "Great show guys & gals. The show must go on. Fly high and know I will always be looking down over you all."
I was there lastnight, most amazing concert I’ve ever seen
I was there too. I feel so lucky
Sheer class!!!! Amazing!!!!
Taylor’s fav FF is Low. Which Foos very rarely, if ever, played live. They did tonight, for him.
I thought it was Aurora

Crap I forgot about it!! They didn’t advertise this at all 😢😢😢
love Taylor but where could we watch it!?
Most of these pictures are of the London show weeks ago.
Are they releasing both concerts at some point? Would love to own these. The Wembley gig was amazing.
,AGREE - I wish Rush & VH Added new songs
Yes, you can bet there will be a charity-gathering DVD of this!
Maybe the reason why there isn't a complete video is maybe a live album (s) of the 2 shows and videos could be in the making by the Foos. Maybe...
Damn Pat Smear is like 150 years old
The London show was so Paul could play. The LA show was just as cool. Taylor would have freaked out over all of this love and music.
Anyone know If Alanis was ever offered to play at the Tribute gig?
or if she ever commented about his passing..
She played the LA show

Too busy learning song names like YYZed using an English accent.
Yeah, whats up with that?
How much were tickets???
Both my testicles and the sack that houses them. It seriously costed me so much
WHY WHY ZED!!!
EXACTLY!!!!!!
You failed to mention Omar Hakim who appeared in this video.
