    Excellent tutorial. Good tips on different techniques to use with these stamps verses the rubber or acrylic ones.

    I checked out her Etsy page and sadly she only ships to the USA. I be waiting patiently for when she starts shipping to Canada. absolutely beautiful designs.

      Maybe you should message her and see if she plans to ship to Canada. Sometimes people don't ship here because they don't think it will be worth figuring out. But if there is enough interest, they often will change their minds.

      I can ship internationally, I just need an address to estimate S&H and customs fees. Maybe you can order with some friends and share the costs. I can also do larger orders to accommodate this, just send me an Etsy convo. These stamps only weigh around 2-3 ounces per 10 stamps.

      Can I ask what an Etsy convo is please?

      tjaysilver - it's is the "ask a question" button that shows up when you are shopping for items in the etsy app., or you can send me a private message through my website www.haskinsdesignstudio.com

    Love the new shorter hair cut!!! It looks great on you!
    Great detail on the acrylic stamps. It would be wonderful if they also offered the negative of the stamps you showed. Maybe they do...I'll have to go check out the link!
    P.S. I didn't even notice the audio issue even though I was listening for it!

      Jane Doe I was on her Etsy site and you can order the negative of the stamps! It says to use an R when ordering which will indicate if you want the clay pushed out or in, although I'm not clear on which one the R is for. All of the designs are supposed to be listed on her FB page but I also couldn't find the album she referenced on Etsy that shows the corresponding numbers for ordering.

      Stacy Burns r could be reversed or recessed. EDIT: I just went and looked and the site says to let her know 1# or 1r (example) meaning the clay pressed in or raised respectively. So R is raised. I say buy both and cover all your bases! :D

    Hi, Cindy! There was one stamp, I believe you said it is 7R, that reminded me of a poinsettia! Would make an excellent, simple, yet pretty, Christmas ornament! And another one reminded me of a snowflake, lol.

    Hi Cynthia! I always watch your videos and I find them very useful. Thank you very much for your work! I have a question for you. Do think these stamps or have you ever tried to use them with sutton slice technique? Cheers

    • @stacyburns8878
      @stacyburns8878 7 років тому +3

      Francesca Gorrini I wondered the same thing but I believe the stamps for the Sutton slice need to bend so I'm thinking these wouldn't work.

      Thanks Stacy Burns. I think you are right 😊

    • @christinahaskins9027

      it will work if you use a good amount of mica or corn starch on the clay you are pressing the acrylic stamp into, and are very careful not to pull it ou when you are trimming. Also the background clay would need to be very "sticky". just press again into the background clay by standing over and pressing down to create a good contact. I would start with a less "detailed" stamp at first to try it. Please let me know your results.

    Can we use liquid clay?

    • @PolymerClayTutor
      @PolymerClayTutor  5 років тому

      No sorry, you can't use liquid clay in these molds, because they are not heat safe. You would damage the acrylic if you baked them in the oven.
