These look pretty great. Id love to try them sometime. I was hoping you would talk more ABOUT them and not just say how cool they were. I’d like to hear more about aspects of them like the driver size, your opinion on the bass level, highs and mids, and a little more in depth on the swappable earplugs. Did they come with memory foam options? Are they compatible with third party memory foam tips? Just things like that. Thanks for doing these videos though 👍🏻

Why is these epic airs different than the other epic airs in different reviews. You can see that for example this pair has 5 battery LED’s whilst the others only have four, and the USB end of the cord is also different from the other pairs. I have also noticed that almost all the other videos is negative and this video is positive. Is It two different models?
There are 5 LEDs, just 4 are lit due to the charge state of the case

I have these but when on a call I can only hear in the primary ear bud not in both ear buds. What did I do wrong? Also volume is so low when trying to talk on the phone. PLEASE HELP
John Holmes I had the same problem that's how they are I called jlab about that just to make sure it wasn't a defect item and they told me that's how they work you can only use one earbud on the phone
John Holmes send them to jlab for the sound they will fix them or send u another pair they sent me some it was threw a 2 day shipping express and i didn't have to pay anything they told me the exact day and they came that day and I might be the one who's fixing them because I work for jlab in the repair department

Hell, these are expensive. But they seem like one of the first competent "true" wireless earbuds that I can see. I wouldn't *buy* them yet, but I wouldn't be disappointed if I had the money to buy them.
