    That was an awesome video. The quadcopter got some cool angles. Have you ever thought about adding a second motor and having a dual setup?

      Thanks Man! Yea we have thought about it but there is really no need. We get great speed and super light weight as it is. But definitely have thought about it!

      +offir s Not sure about this guy but anything from 190kv-280kv is fine. I'm running 280 single, I suppose you could run dual 190kv if you wanted to get complicated. For esc, 120amp + should be fine.

    If I want more speed, do I need 2 motors and 4 batteries in total? I probably want to go at 35-40 miles per hour.

      Any remote that can connect to a speed control can work. Your local bobbie shop will have everything you need!!

      +Luke McCartney it is almost certainly a turnigy sk3, you can find them on rc websites like hobbyking, you want around 200 to 250 kv. you should check out this article endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=53506&f=35

  • @mvmedved

    Why you use 2 120c batteries for 90A motor? 2 batteries in series gives you (120*5.4)*2=1 296 Ampers! And you use only 90! Dis is pretty strange)))

    hey scott you really don't know allot about electronics #c means for safety rating how much current its safe to draw.

    • @scotttbarnes
      @scotttbarnes  9 років тому +1

      +Deivydas-G works good to me!!

    • @xenoshade8997
      @xenoshade8997 7 років тому

      Actually lol, c rating how much current can be drawn at any given moment or! Recharged at. Say the battery is 1000mah, then with a 120 rating, the battery can supply 1.2 amps, at any given moment, but that is burst amperage not constant. Just like before, the battery can also be charged with up to 1.2 amps at a time. C rating is usually a rule of thumb and usually isn't accurate.
