Actually Alannah, I find it quite funny in terms of Black Velvet. Upon first hearing, I was clueless. I had NO idea that this related to Elvis. I just loved the song and your voice. Funny? My uncle was head brewmaster of Schlitz Breweries in Memphis in 1973. I spent that Summer there. Hot as Hell and not a great time. At age 16, I was NOT a fan of Elvis. To me he was Elvis Parsley and a has-been. Still, my aunt and uncle INSISTED that I visit Graceland. I didn't want to go but they nearly DRAGGED me! Elvis was living there at the time and I actually SAW him but I was not impressed nor grateful. Only now do I appreciate my aunt and uncle's insistence.
