Excellent work, really well done. Note though: the faders per channel are weighted, the crossfader isn't, and it's *really* easy to catch it by accident! If you get that "why's it a bit quiet?" moment, look at your crossfader!

You can create different layouts in Traktor settings independent on the controller. You can select how many decks you want to see and in what size and after that save it. I think it's in Layout tab or something like that! Then it's gonna show in your upper right corner! With S2 samples tabs on both decks you can have access to 8 different samples, 4 on each deck

Is there a way to preview a track in headphones from the library when using the browsing dials without loading them to the deck first to hear them? There is a button on the S4 Mk3 to do this but I cant see a way to do it with the S2? Thanks Great walkthrough video btw. Thanks for putting it together
@@Letzplaythegame To be honest, I’ve only turned it on once so far. But the build quality is very good. Picked over the Pioneer FLX-4 because the Pioneer doesn’t have dots around the eq knobs which I think are essential for beginner DJs. Hope that answers your question 🙏

Hi there! I never used it with iPad, but I assume it depends on the app as it won't be a Traktor Pro that you normally get for a PC or Mac with the controller.
Awesome video! I have an issue though, I can load music into Deck A clicking on the browse button but I can't do the same for the browse button for Deck B. Would you happen to know why this is happening?
Unfortunately I don't have right now S2 in front of me - it was a while ago! But I have S4. Mic works - you need to press shift+ext button on the deck where you want to input mic. The volume is a bit low initially but can be regulated with gain knobs on different decks to achieve the right level.
Hey Alex I really appreciate the Video! But I got a little Problem you may can help The Shift+Pitch doesent work :( :( When I hold shift down the pitcher doesent move in the programm but when I want to extend the Range it doesent work ... Is there a thing in the settings I have to adjust ?

Check in Settings in the Transport section, increase the % of the tempo range!
