  • Hello, Japanese Food Lovers!
Thank you for watching YUCa's Japanese Cooking!
In this video, I will introduce how to make the Seasoned Kelp.
I hold Japanese cooking class in Tokyo.
Many of my guests asked me about the leftover kelp.
I use leftover kelp (and also bonito flakes) to make other dishes.
This time, I will show you one of easy recipes that you can cook with your family.
My son (2 years old) will join this video with me.
I am sure that just watching what he does while cooking is funny...
Anyway, please enjoy the video and try it out!

Hello! Great video, i have a few tips to improve your cooking video’s
The first being bringing your camera to for a closer look during the whole cooking process to really pump up your viewers for the end product.
Might be personal preference but i like a fast-paced cooking, as you dont get bored for even one second
I reccomend checking out Jun’s Kitchen for inspiration ^~^
Nonetheless i really enjoyed it and you’re so cute *•*

I still feel it's not right for your young child to be so near the knife and the boiling hot pot.... I was so nervous watching.... even towards the end.... 😭😭😭

Thank you for your message. We cook together many times so I take special care during cooking. But I stopped to cook with him in this style.
