Makes you wonder if we can get them for Tickets and Tina will be in future scoutings.
I'm going to be scouting for Paulo because he is a favorite, and I'm sure will get Tina on the way. I've been waiting for them becoming available for a year so I'm very excited to get to use them regardless of how good their kits are. Hopefully I'll be able to get NC Blue later on.
Tina should have been a free story unit.

But I really don't like the Masters OCs being time limited at all tbh... Never got Lear, never will until he's freez same for Paulo, sorry
Lear will never become free. Think what you like, it isn’t going to happen. Especially since he’s one of the few characters in the game to have a mythical pokemon, that being Hoopa. Characters with mythicals and legendaries are always going to be limited.
Edit: Paulo and Tina should definitely be free though.
