This is the only information I do have, kindly don't push for anything else. coz m owner of this car and only have this infotainment system with version 4.0.6 installed. can't help other than my stock system version. 🙏
1. It's a total risk job and could damage your system. Be ready for a damage of more than 45K. (I don't take responsibility of any damage or bad incident.) It will void your warranty for sure.
2. Videos resolution is maximum 500×300 in MP4. Otherwise video will lag. And you can try different resolutions as per your need.
3. 7.0.5 and 7.0.5MD are different versions. kindly don't try in original 7.0.5
4. If you are unable to do anything kindly go through previous comments before any query.
5. Use your common sense and get best results. Don't ask for 🥄 spoon feeding. 🙏
6. First Watch the video And read previous comments.

Waiting for this video so long....But i respect ur values and unselfishness ....U r doing great for kwid owners..one thing i want to ask that if time and maps in medianav is working fine or not...and i have done procedure like this 2 years back but my system corrupt but i managed to replace my medianav from service center for free...just don't tell them wht u have done jst say that it stopped working....they will change it free of cost....and i think that we should not try such practice as it will distract the driver,thats why its not inbuilt feature by carmakers and we have super fast smartphones....so no need of this.....

Sir, मेरे kwid/2016 में medianav 4.0.7 था जिसे मैंने अपग्रेड कर लिया है medianav 7.0.5 md में आपके के निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए और उसमें videos भी बखूबी चल रहे हैं लेकिन इसमें Android auto नहीं connect हो रहा है मेरे Realme Narzo 50 Pro जिसका OS Android 12 है। बहुत कोशिश किया अनेक USB Data Cable के साथ लेकिन असफल रहा।
आप से Request है कि 2016/2017 के kwid models में Androud auto कैसे Connect करे इस पर एक video बनाएं।

Sir, is video player compulsory for reverse camera purpose. Will i be able to see reverse camera view if video player is not installed.

Sir, a personal opinion... Upgradation to 7.0.5 have no problem but the video player installation is little risky and could damage the Medianav at a later stage. So, be cautious.and yeah if you've doubt on battery then could start the engine before every step.
@@quickfixproindia Bro already installed successfully. What might the worst case scenario? Navigation system fail or any major problem to the car engine or something like that? My warranty period is expired already.
Congratulations for success sir. No relationship with engine at all. Worst may be Medianav failure but could be recovered coz it's all software game . 😍
I had installed the video player long back after some time my media nav started showing wrong time , rest of the the things are working fine

Sir, service center waale karenge nahin aur bahar karwane ka fayada nahin... Coz wo paise lega.. kisi bhi person ki jisko softwares ka thoda sa gyan ho uski help le sakte hain.. bahut easy hai... But sab se pehle apna software version check karna k kon sa hai uske baad hi install karna. 👍😊

i own KWID RXT and i see the Current version is 4.1.0 and i would really like to get that updated to 7.0.5 MD so i would like to know if it is possible to upgrade and especially for video playback... waiting for your reply ASAP.
Thank you for your kind words sir. The truth is I have only this 4.0.6 installed in my Medianav and the files for conversion are supported upto this only. So, you have to anyhow downgrade to 4.0.6 (could be done at service center) and then proceed further. Honestly speaking the personal recommendation is to to not proceed with the update. 🙂 (Coz the cost of new Medianav is more than 45k) ☹️
