The Purple Carrot provided three meals for two people in its delivery box. They include plant-based products to cook Aloo Paratha with Mustard Seed-Scented Eggplant, Black Bean Burgers with Spiced Sweet Potato Fries and Broccoli Pasta with Crisp Butter Beans.
All products have been pre-cut, measured and packaged to save time and provide a quick and healthy meal.
