Thanks for the breakdown. I’m going to snag a pair to see how they feel. Been mostly using Nike/Adidas, i need to switch it up. I did see your code in your about section but not in this videos description, just mentioning just in case. thank you.
I don't work out barefoot or in socks because of bacterial infections and slipping from sweat. I wear Vibrams (toe sneakers). It corrects toe usage, foot form, and reduces ankle injury because they are flat. Additionally, they allow me to feel ground, which is pivotal for me as a martial artist and for working out.
I usually do calf raises barefoot at home. I noticed my right foot rolls outward on raises. Would never have noticed or corrected that while wearing shoes. It's an on going process of correcting my foot posture.
I have three pairs of widetoe box shoes and I usually train at home twice a week barefoot and train twice a week in the shoes at the gym...it all makes a difference. Especially on leg day and some compound movements. Test and try people 🧠🤞
My wife thinks i have too many shoes. Gonna show her this vid and be like look this is just what happens when you train / play sports! What you think about shoes/lifters like the Tyr's with their wide toe boxes ? Im a taller lifer and find the heel really helps my knees and hips with squats - also I do olympic lifting often so like to have the muscle memory in them. p.s dayum those magna lites are expensive
Hey Adriell ..wanted to know your thoughts on training with resistance bands. I have been thinking about buying some and start training at home some days in a week but I am bit confused if this will provide the same amount of result as I get in gym with weights and dumbells. Would be great to hear your thoughts. Have a good day.
Question. I’m looking to start a program for strength training. Should I go with barbell training kettlebell training or dumbbells? Do you have any recommendations?
@@Everygotdamndre well, back then in Europe (Austria) we used everything in the gym, no one every watched out! In Brazil the same, people do what they want... pretty messy...but hey, since we train at home, we do not need to worry 🙂 (except you, visitting the gyms also)

Thank you for making a video on this. I am definitely going to invest in a pair!

What brand of pants do you use?
Barefoot sneakerhead
Training barefoot is probably good - except, no one wants to see my feet😄
