Another great 1A Auto repair video. This one is exceptionally good; everything done manually - like me in my driveway. My one question is can you remove the pump first and then the pulley (and the reverse when installing)?
Great, thorough video. Do you need to worry about the absence of coolant in the water pump when you first start the car? One guide I read said to manually turn the belt a few times after coolant is refilled to get it primed in the water pump. Though, I'm not sure how you do that.

What is the part number for the pulley? Or a link? I also need to replace those 12mm bolts that held the pulley.
So no need for silicone on the water pump gasket? Just straight on there dry?
I have a back cover on my serpentine belt cover, does it need to come off also?

I have a 2004 6 cylinder they say it’s a lot harder to change than a 4 cylinder. Is this true ?
Is it possible my water pump is bad if all fluids dumped out of mine at once towards the front left side of the engine bay?

You don't have to but it would be smart to get it done at the same time while everything is removed
the 2.4 doesnt have a timing belt
