I like the smaller 42 mm silver gloss but agree it would be too much on the 46 mm which I have also. Great distinction to tell people about hopefully before they buy. 👍🏻
Huh, the silver 46mm is absolutely beautiful watch. The brushed sides and polished ring is just chefs kiss. The black variant just looks like any other Smartwatch. The black colour makes it look like cheap plastic TicWatch. And I have already seen reports of people being able to scratch the black finish, which can't happen with the pure stainless steel colour. That's not excellent move in the slightest imho.
@@YourTechGuide. yeah i preordered the black 46mm, silver 46mm was not available chatted with samsung canada they told me at that time silver 46mm will never come, then last week it appeared on the website to order....poor samsung customer service, at least i will get both soon to compare.
@@YourTechGuide. I have the watch 3 in silver for when I dress up and the watch 4 in black for my daily. The watch 3 with a rinke bezel and a metal clasp band just looks very high class with the brushed finish.
You got, either a fake or some weird model of the classic. I'm watching other silver classic watch 4 videos and all of them have brushed metal on the sides. Very strange. Ok so I just went back on some of the videos and it seems as though the smaller classic has that chrome-looking sides while the larger classic has the brushed metal look. I would definitely go with the bigger one.

Please add a clarification that the 46mm is matt finished. Only the 42mm is glossy.

The 46mm version in silver is brushed stainless steel finish. I'm in the US, and the ECG is functioning, not blood pressure monitor.
I have the 46mm watch 4 classic in silver and it has a different silver finish. The 46mm is a brushed silver and it looks great.
I have the silver 42mm gloss paired up with a stainless steel link bracelet. Looks great. IMO it resembles a real watch

I dont think it looks cheap at all. It is in fact polished stainless steel and I think samsung did a damn good job! But, to each their own.
It's interesting. I do have 46mm in silver and sides aren't glossy. It looks way better.
