Thank you for this video! Since it is so competitive right now, I agree that everyone should look to areas that are in smaller communities because they aren't ever going the "forever" job. It is quite a struggle though, trying to land a job out of passing the exam with no experience (besides the internship). Any tips on how to show encouragement in an interview and show how you are a valuable candidate without the "experience" they might be looking for?
