Thank you for your comment John! I appreciate all comments! The price per Sq Ft for this cabin comes out to $283.00 per Sq Ft, not including the cost of the land. This is in line with what custom homes builders are charging in our area, if they are building on a parcel that you already own. Building material prices are coming down a little, which in theory, should affect the per Sq Ft price of custom homes! Beautiful cabin but too much money for a two bedroom house. The view is only seasonally, so again too much money.
