That’s right!!! Last stop gets all your effort 😂…bro you was hustling!! Great work 💪🏽
Awesome video. Can you make a video on paid. Thank you for your content .Given us the heads up before we pursue our career in the food industry. Mad respect 👊🏽💯💯💯💯
My dawg @taythelocaltrucker already made a video on that. We work out the same yard. Here’s a link to his video. If that doesn’t work just search his channel and look out for “What is component pay?” Appreciate you my man 👊🏾

How's that am-pm time though?
I like the AM start time. My dispatch ranges from 2am-4am and I finish anywhere from 11:30am-4pm
That experience is kicking in my guy. Killing it💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🫡
Careful bro, if USfoods sees this possible termination.
What did I do that’s potentially career ending?
You busted your ass but corporate starts hating when they see someone potentially making other income streams as hr manager for another food service company in Houston I’ve seen it multiple times great work just cross your t’s when on video they could get for -using that kind of blade - profane language -scanning cases off of dolly depending on companies work habit policies
But great video I’m a fan I was previously a driver keep hustling driver
@@halfpint1061 I see what you mean. Thanks for the heads up bro 👊🏾
so you do one truck a day? is it same pay if you finish earlier?
Yup. We call it component pay. It consists of mileage, cases, stops, and tenure. No matter how long I take, the pay is the same.
@@kickbackkris392 thanks big dawg i appreciate it
@@betogarcia9823 no problem! Just know some food service company pay hourly and some pay component. Depends on the division and state.
@@kickbackkris392 whats your cases count, mileage and stop? bi/weekly pay like?
@@leepialong anywhere from 500-1,600 cases, 78-235 miles, 7-15 stops, and average weekly 2k
