Exceptional return permit might required until end of aug. So if u r not in hurry wait until end of aug.

Above for company which is mentioned in labor law has to pay minimum and if any company pays more than that then there is no offense. Labor law always talk about minimum criteria. If you have labor law book from labor department about what say then please share but not from web pages.
