How do you defeat stealth?
Skyeye: *Look harder.*
as dumb as it sounds. there is a distance were radar can detect sheath bomber.
so Skyeye is correct in saying "Look harder" but in the same way finding a needle in a hay stack is easy when your not a meter away.
@@MazzaAzi That's why Stealth is not an instant win button, it gave your forces a massive advantage over then enemy but it does not guarantee instant victory, it requires careful calculations and planning in order to use it properly.
A powerful radar or a strong enough radar can still detect it as long as the range is sufficient.
yeah, like one of those fighter mafia once said. F-35 can be detected by WW2 radar. sure it can, but good luck trying to pick it out from all the background noise, birds and ionosphere included. stealth aircrafts have always been detectable with most radars but gets filtered out. when it's not filtered, you have to pick out its blot from the sea of noise because you have to use low frequency that also picks up even the clouds and rain

@@Lynn.knepper1280 I think in-game you actually can't shoot down the yellows. If you shoot one of them they'll say that line "who shot me? See who's responsible" and they'll fly off. I may be a bit off, thought. It's been almost 10 years since I last played this game.

Man can you imagine how scary it would be being an erusean cadet. Fresh out of flight school and rushed to service.
You hear rumors of some usean ace singlehandedly slaughtering your fellow airmen left and right faster than the military can replace them. Strong enough to give yellow squadron a run for their money.
Then on your first sortie, you pick up some loose radio chatter: "Mobius 1, engage."
*Cries in PTSD*
Then you try to report in on radio,

And then you hear that one of the Yellows actually got shot down/damaged by this guy in that same battle, i would've just bailed out

We still use these at Red Flag every year.
It's dogfighter. If an F-5E had the radar, datalink and HUD/HMCS of an F-18 or something, it would be a serious force to be reckoned with.

Ace combat is an anime game with planes, change my mind. After all, it has the plot and music of an anime and Electrosphere was full on anime. Even Zero, my fav and the most adult, is similar to more mature anime like The Legend of the Galactic Heroes.

I'm pretty sure the closeup on the rocket is on KSP, the rocket bell looks a lot like the Shuttle main engine
The B-2s in close up looked like GTA V (with mods). At least judging by the pilot's movement. Which imo makes it even more amazing since it all blends so well
@ Yes, it is. I think he's also using RSS mod to edit in for the big shot with F-14s, there's no map with green islands in DCS.

@@Nassault Thanks a lot. It sure is a rough world out there but some of my wrong decisions in 2013 made it way worse. I was actually playing Mass Effect 3, 2 weeks ago and it reminded me of my life before the hell started. 懐かしい……ＡＣ４の頃愛機のＦ－１５Ｓ－ＭＴＤを使って余りに激しい機動を見て目を回していた友人にここは「ダンスパーティー」と言っていました。まぁ、当時の最高記録は５４機撃墜なのでそこまで凄くは無い筈(苦笑)。
On one hand part of me wants it longer, on the other hand I think the quick short pace of this one is part of why I just *keep* watching it multiple times a day. Awesome either way.

Probably one of the most insane and exciting videos I've ever seen so far, got me grinnin' ear to ear with nostalgia!
Really digging the way you mixed in TacView, particularly the left-side panel at 0:24, into the briefing section.
That and the old-school FEAF roundel on the B-2s. I know you didn't make the skins and I don't know how much choice you had, but the Free Erusea faction (seen on the aces throughout the game) being behind the desperate stealth-bomber strike in the middle of the mission fits surprisingly well into the story.
The whole thing is a masterwork as always, of course. The reflection in the visor after downing the Yellow? Unf.
Thanks, of all the skins in this video, the B-2 is the only one I made! I guess I just associate the round Erusea emblem with AC7 now, and seeing the oldschool FEAF logo is just iconically Ace Combat 04. Lots of great skin artists at play here too. Amazing as always, made even more gorgeous since I just finished this mission again for the 50th time.
Next I think you should do Escort from the same game. I think the mission would pose an interesting POV of the surrounding engagements.
Also- I saw that flash of KSP during the engine startup! A quick flashback to your roots eh Nassault?
I have definitely floated the idea of Escort, far enough to even ship up an Air Ixiom skin for the Civil Aircraft Mod for DCS, but at the time I wasn't ready to capture the mission to my satisfaction. I definitely think I am getting there, would be really awesome doing a POV shot of an actual 757 cockpit or window with the battle going on outside.
Sharp eye! I did dip into it for that one composite. Another video I want to do one day is side-by-side cinematic of an Apollo 11 moon landing, and Buzz Aldrin's F-86 kill during the full moon years prior, always thought that would be a rather cinematic opportunity. Maybe with the new War Thunder update?

@@jayive34 Over-G was the ONLY simulator flight game on the 360. Ace Combat was fine, but it was an arcadey shooter game. I played both games. And notice how I said 2nd greatest. I put AC6 ahead of OverG
Ace combat 04 is best ace combat. Bought this game when i was a kid with my allowance money, and I didn't stop playing it until I got my ps3. Great work on this!
