We spent one whole day to explore, tune and get the best out of our CRM3812. We are slowly moving from our role as technicians to barista...
We have tried two type of beans. Best setting is around 1.7-1.9. However, this might vary acoording to the roasted beans. Want more trials? We hope that we have enough time 😅
Calling for coffee roastery bosses, we need more support and samples 🤣🤣
At the end, we are so happy to get close to the ratio and thickness of crema that we want. Our first batch of freshly roasted beans are arriving in a week time, available in 1kg (for business, min. 3kg) and 250g (for home) packings. Do let us know if any of our friends here are interested.
