You guys forgot the most important piece of information for those stock vehicles that need to air down while having fun in glamis, to air up those tires they should head behind the glamis store for an air hose coiled up on an old rim. Fun note that air hose and rim have been there for over 40 years and will always be there for those who need it for free👍🏽
I love that I live 40 minutes away from Glamis. Moved away for 5 years and made sure I took a weekend almost every month to hit the dunes. Now that I moved back, I can’t wait to finish my project to get back out there
This is super helpful and awesome. Definitely will make it easier for us Michigan guys to navigate that place since most of us have always wanted to go but have never been.
I’m from NC and we made a trip out a few years ago, there’s no way to describe the vastness and the size of the dunes until you see them person. Hope you guys get to experience it.
@@1emt95 I honestly agree on that! I know they sometimes do races up around Rausch creek and coal country but that's like rock buggy and stuff like that. I know some people that do that type of racing.
Go to the Ogilby campground. Not many people even on a holiday weekend. Unfortunately those tires won’t make it very far out to the best valley called Patton. It makes Oldsmobile hill look like a speed bump. Camped there with family since 1967. Named Patton valley because he practiced there before going overseas.
I was out there in 67 before paddle tires came out. We were locals so Glamis most weekends in a Corvair Sandrail. I see Competition hill isn't much of a hill anymore. I remember Patton, Big Bowl, Olds, China Wall, tubing down the canal, the old store where the RV parking is now with the gas pumps where you had to hand pump the gas up into a glass bowl on top. I searched for Toyota truck Glamis and watched Terra Crew again. Got a rolled 83 longbed that I might turn into a crawler/dune rig. I figured if a 4x4 Toy can handle Glamis mine will rock in the smaller dunes around here.
Gecko/roadrunner! Easier for the bigger rigs and family friendly and overall just chill! You guys should find all the coordinates for the old hills and throw them up ONx would be dope! Gonna check out the app this weekend!
Enjoyed your video! Where would I find information on your truck? I want to build an LS powered Geo Tracker for running on the dunes, looking for tips on suspension, tires, ect. Thanks!
Anyone know where their map to import is? I have the app and subscription but the link in the description takes me to purchase a subscription rather than to import the waypoints set by terra. Thanks in advance! (Also if anyone has any suggestions on a site where I can get waypoints for other locations, would be greatly appreciated.)
Gecko is way worse I have kids I don’t like camping off gecko You got all the sand cars doing a 100 mph right next to gecko Road right next to everybody’s camp Washes are more dusty but at least you don’t have people doing 100 mph 100 feet from your camp
China wall. Swingset. Vet flagpole. Firefighter flag pole. Tiki bar. Teeter totter. Lizard hill. Lights out bowl. Sunset hill.
Tiki bar is gone. Teeter totter is too I think if it's the one on the canal side
Yep. Teeter totter and tiki bar been gone two seasons now
Nope, all of those are closed. No one allowed there. :)

I have a 2wd GMC Sierra, I’ve haven’t been out there just for the fear of getting stuck.

Deep in the washes is best, you should show swingset, canal jump, and chinawall! Sick video thanks.

Next time go to China Wall. We had 3 Tacomas, a Jeep and a Toyota crawler pickup out there. We were at Olds quite a bit too but never saw you guys.
I can watch those tacos ripp all day. Great vid as always
I love taking my Jeep out there, this time I'm bringing my quad. You have motivated me. 😁
Love those toyotas :)

Most are already on Google maps if you zoom in to each valley and look around
Solid taco squad right there 🤙
Ive seen a lot of people go to the water canal would be cool if you guys could show where that is next time
Thank you for this ! I’m going to go here in a couple weeks with my factory 37 pp Raptor think it will make it ?
Dam there’s a subscription fee for the app.
So sick, if you ever need a travel trailer for rent in glamis SS RV Rentals!!
Tacomas!!! Hell Yea 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
We get it, you're sponsored by ONX.
They could be a bit more slick about it.
That taco looks like Rudy truck from high core‼️😆😂🤣

Maybe with paddle tires those trucks would be able to make it up competition Hill .
The white sand truck with no rear fenders is an electric Tesla powered truck you should do a build breakdown on it 👍
Wash boys for life
Swingset!!
Is there a review on the runner 🤓
Wash 6 the best wash to camp. If you know you know.
What psi are you guys running with in the dunes

Thise Toyotas are beautiful!!!!!
What I'd really like to see is a certain Frontier, aired out off a nasty dune... ya dig?!
Never been there. Hopefully some day
Pair of dice bar.... all the way across glamis...
Yota gang
Awesome thanks for the credit
I thought Polaris bought out the Glamis beach store?
The swingset area I don’t know what it’s called

My grey raptor made the cut lol it was ugly back than

You didn’t make it to the China wall
Stoddard wells
There's a reason comp hill isn't as popular anymore haha
Why is that
A guy named Ford should be driving a Ranger , not a Taco .
Comp is tiny
untuck those ears dude
No. It’s my favorite.
For the love of sweet baby Jesus please stop with the hat over the ears fad🤣😬🤣 it's really terrible 😫
I love it!
