This is a prime example of a storyteller getting worried that evil is in a much stronger position than it was, and then handing the game to the good team. Killing a minion with a mayor bounce because evil was running away with it? Then we find out the next day that the good team pretty much know the entire evil team. It is Liz's fault that she didn't kill a confirmed good player? If she was allowed to kill the mayor, she might have. Emily couldn't possibly comment on strategy? But she basically played the game for the demon. Why do think Liz glared at Emilly.
I agree that the storyteller might be misreading the game state there (evil is in an awful situation at that point because of the confirmed chef 0 and the way the deaths line up). I also kind of agree that if the demon tries to kill the mayor twice, they should probably succeed. I disagree that killing Michelle hurts the evil team, though. She isn't really a demon candidate, she looks like the good player in the double claim and being killed cements that. I don't know how you could help them, really. They need to be selling a world where the chef 0 doesn't screw them and it looks hard.
This was a lot of fun, thanks for having me!
