It broke my heart seeing them break up as a friendship group but it was nice to see how they all grew 😭

This song reminds me of my friends I lived in escondido California and I moved to Texas I cried when I heard this song
I can't relate to this song at all. Never had a friend group, just a few people I was cool with for like a few months then they just dipped for a plethora of different reasons.
But this song, especially slowed down, ESPECIALLY the chorus? Nice. :)

Everyday of this summer I kept having the realization that this is my last year at my elementary school I’m going to grade 8 in September and really want it to be a good year and kinda go slow bc I feel like since this is my last year this is the last year of my childhood 9 years at this school 9 years with my friends everything after this year I can’t go back but I guess I’ll be alright I got so caught up in everything that’s I just realized everything is going so fast and I can’t stop time to enjoy the moment more. Ik this song is about friends but it hits different 😔
