    At first I thought, yea sure; no way. But after doing (extremely) modified versions of the moves, I realized they were great stretches. And gorgeous scenery and beautiful and wonderful host!

      They look complicated at first, but I do a barre class with similar moves to this and there are ladies in there who are in their 50's plus and they manage to get the hang of it. The reason the moves look so complex is because they are working many different muscle groups and target the areas which are hard to reach with traditional exercises. If you are able to move the body in many different ranges of motion like this then you'll get lots of different hard to reach areas. This is why once you persevere and stick with it you'll get it. Just watch it a few times first, break it down each move and then move onto the next move.
