Mason man, I’m 44. Was always a big guy, not as tall as you, I’m 6-4 and after my hockey career ended packed on the weight and got up to prob 250. Took me a long time to figure it out. Got pretty fit in my 30s then of course slipped back as I got married and had kids. My kids are what made me really push again and really figure it out. It was impossible in my 20s and if I was traveling like you do, it would’ve been even harder. I finally figured it out for real and dialed in my diet. Got down to 198. Haven’t seen that number since high school. My point is, if I can do it, you can do it. And you will do it. Why? Because I know you have it in you. I’ve watched your content enough over the past couple of years to know you have that fire. Just remember man, life is a marathon…not a sprint. All the best man!!

Still play with my boys during the summer months in Iowa. Little older than your normal running mates, 47.
