Check the date & time of your MXQ, I have that issue where it doesn't load anything using the internet when the date & time are not set-up properly

You can try a different HDMI cable, or try to plug it in a different port if your TV does have multiple HDMI ports. If that doesn't work, then unfortunately it may be a factory defect with the box itself.

Make sure that your TV input is on the right one, either HDMI 1 or 2. But if it still doesn't work, it might be a problem with either the HDMI ports/cable, or worse, the box itself

Do you have more than 1 HDMI port? If so then you need to switch to either HDMI 1 or 2 on your TV for it to show up.

You need to turn on the automatic time zone in the date & time settings

There isn't live TV as it isn't really a cable box, you'll have to either get that or subscribe to TV streaming platforms

You can access your music on the Media Player app of the box, it should work

You only need to connect it to the TV
adapter from your TV's headphones plug in, so a head phone plug in into two RCA jacks into our speaker system.
