Shyakh Zulfikar Ibrahim memon and shayak tauseefur Rehman. Shayakh Zulfikar Ibrahim memon hafidhullah is a teacher in madinah University, a true ahle Hadith scholar. His teacher was shaykh wasiullah Abbas hafidhullah who was student of shyakh al Albani Rahim Ullah. Shyakh Zulfikar Ibrahim hafidhullah has spent his life with great ahlul Hadith scholar, he even met shyakh Salih al fawzaan hafidhullah second time I guess 2 years back

Shaikh Ubaid Al-Jābiree (may Allah preserve him) said:
“They used to say [in the time of the Salaf]: «Test the people of Madinah by asking them about Mālik (died 179H); test the people of Syria by asking them about Al-Awzā‛ee (died 157H); test the people of Egypt by asking them about Layth Ibn Sa’d (died 175H); test the people of Mawsul by asking them about Al-Mu‛āfah Ibn ‛Imrān (died 185H).»
And this era the men are tested by asking them about Shaikh Rabee’ (may Allah preserve him).
And this is not an exaggeration or excessiveness concerning him - refuge is with Allah. However, it is as Imām Abu Hātim (died 264H) said: “From the signs of Ahlul-Bid‛ah is their reviling the People of Narrations.” (Al-Lālikā’ee 1/139)
So indeed from the signs of Ahlul-Bid‛ah in these times is their reviling of Shaikh Rabee’, for Ahlul-Bid‛ah are united upon hatred of him, just as Ahlus-Sunnah are united upon their love of him.”
قال الشيخ عبيد الجابري:
وقديماً قالوا:” امتحِنـوا أهل المدينة بمالك، وامتحنـوا أهل الشام بالأوزاعي، وامتحنـوا أهل مصر بالليث بن سعد،وامتحنوا أهل الموصل بالـمُعافى بن عِمران ” .
ويُمتحن الرجال في هذا الزمان بالشيخ ربيع - حفظه الله:
وليس هذا غلواً فيه-معاذ الله- ولكنه كما قال الإمام أبو حاتم: «من علامة أهل البدع الوقيعة في أهل الأثر» (السنة لللالكائي/(1/139).
فإن من علامة أهل البدع- في هذا الزمان- الوقيعة في الشيخ ربيع؛ فإن أهل البدع مجمعون على بغضه، كما أن أهل السنة مجمعون على حبه.

It looks like the Shaykh (hafidhahullaah) misunderstood the Question since none of the Salafees, even the close students of ash-Shaykh al 'Allaamah Rabee' al Madkhalee (hafidhahullaah) refer to themselves as 'Madkhalees or Madaakhilah' but it is the Ahlul Ahwaa wal Bid'ah who do so just as they call the Salafees (Ahlul Hadeeth) as Wahhaabees (Wahhaabiyyah) & now the latest being Jaamees (Jaamiyyah) refering to 'Allaamah Muhammad Amaan Al Jaami (rahimahullaah)

Do you also know kaaashee brother may Allah azawajal bless you, sheikh zulfiker Ibrahim memon hafidhullah studied in jamia salafiya banaras india exactly where sheikh rabee studied. Also just last year sheikh zulfiker travelled to meet sheikh rabee infact in his thesis he has a whole chapter title with sheikh's name
