Thanks for the help, After typoing bootrec /rebuildbcd, I accidentally pressed Y instead of A. So I decided to start over the steps again from the beginning, but assigned a different drive letter gecause the letter was not available anymore. But now with the new drive, when I type ren bcd bcd.tem it says "A duplicate file name exists, or the file cannot be found". The when I type bootrec /rebuildbcd I get the Total Identified Windows Installation: 0 again... do you know how to fix this? Thanks!
I have a question: if I write in 'list volume' my Volume 2 isn't a FAT32 for some reason - it's NTFS just like the others (and only Volume 3 is said to be hidden) Which Volume do I continue with? Do I continue or is there something else going on? (I'm having trouble booting my PC/inaccessible boot device which lead me here - I've been at it for days now Dx )
Holy smokes this actually worked. Swapped motherboards and something went wrong it seemed. Thank you very much!

Were your files deleted after doing it? Was a brand new Windows installed?
