Richard street racing isn't a sport its an illegal activity. I had fun street racing back in the 60s and 70s but I got busted a few times and paid the price. Balk half no prep on a track is not street racing and legal there is a big difference.
Thanks for the video! I know he has alot of haters! But it seems like anywhere he goes, he impresses! I'm still blown away how he can & has beaten people over & over with that 25-year-old chassis, & that same basic engine combo he has run for about 10 years now! He has won more money with that little crappy engine, than even the so-called best have won with there's! I know people in NPKs have won hundreds of thousands of dollars, per season! But at what cost? [Thers very few that actually win that type of money!] Chief can literally buy 4 brand new complete longblocks, [basically intake to oil pan] compared to almost everyone else's 80 thousand dollar + longblocks! Anyway, most will get what I'm saying!

Nice video and editing job , I street race here in PA and the race after mine the two drivers were waiting on the light and there were people standing on the side just in this video and when the light came on & about the 60ft the car instantly went to the right and into the crowd and 5 people had to go to the hospital , was not a good day . But seeing Big Chief back on the street and making some amazing lick's is great 🏁👍. 😈☠👍✌✌

I can't believe these tracks let all those people stand in the lanes so close to the cars doing their burnouts. Eventually, one will get real loose and fishtail into a dozen people, then all we'll hear is how dangerous this is and it needs to be banned. GET THE *$#@% OUT OF THE WAY !
Your right Mike,I was in racing in covington Georgia in the seventy’s when everyone was parked head on along the track,sitting on the hoods of their cars when a funny car went air born it slaughtered a lot of people,I was here at bean blossom this past sat and it scared me every time a car got loose at the starting line.this track was dangerous when people were going 80 mph,now it’s crazy,amazing they can stop in time at the end,cars technology has come a long way fast,I know I sound like an old man……….because I am!

The only complain I have is I wish the cameraman would have had at least one or maybe another buddy down the track doing the same thing he's doing and put it together it would have been so much better

That guy in the camaro took his burnout way to early ,he must not have watched chief on tv before,you should always let chief do his burnout then do yours otherwise u end up sitting just like that guy did,but hey,at least he got schooled by one of or maybe the best no prep guy out there
To many people on the starting line. One of those cars gets loose during a burn out or drive shaft comes apart or an axle breaks it could throw a car sideways there's gonna be some serious injuries.
Glad to see chief walk away from that goofy TV show. There should be a rule you have to have the front body clip on the car. Too many people on the starting line too. That has to be a concern for the drivers

If they are not going to properly seal the cabin area then these foos need to go to Lowe's or Home Depot and get a battery blower to air the tire smoke out. A lot of racers use them to cool down the transmission.
If the more horsepower cars just happen to get sideways and outta control during the burnout, a bunch of people are gonna get ran down...just saying. Would make it exciting standing there though..🤣🤣
Yeah Limpy's style is to stand motionless, hands behind back with a thumb switch attached to his head torch. He is about as neutral as a manual flash light start can be as you see no movement before the light. Him and BJ are like yin & yang.
Definitely wrong Black Widows crew messed up as there was contex that happened before the race that only the people there in peron at the staging lanes and in the burnout area on Black Widows side would of heard. I was there in person standing behind the rail on Black widows side in the burnout box area. 1st off when they were in the staging lanes Justin told The driver of the Black Widow he had new tires with only 4 passes on them that he was going to do a big long burnout to scuff his tires in good so if he wanted to wait untill he started his burnout it would be cool. So the Black Widows crew and driver already knew that ahead of time. You can see in this video at 228 The Crow is still being pushed into the waterbox and the Crows engine is not even started yet. At 232 on the video you can hear the black widow start his engine and do his burnout. The Crow at this time is just now getting set in the water box. The crows engine still not started yet. This is where the problem started. Every experienced racer knows you don't start your car/burnout process untill the person in the other lane is set and ready, plus with the conversation the two drivers had in the staging lanes. Black Widows crew really messed up. The Crow didn't start his engine untill 350 in the video and started his burnout at 402 on the video. The Black Widow should of started there burnout process at 350 on the video when both cars were set and ready. Its not showed in the video but the Black Widows crew guy in the neon lime green shirt told the other crew guy in the black shirt that why did you send him, that the other lane wasn't even ready yet. Thats why you can see in the video the Black Widows crew wasn't mad at the line because they new they had messed up by sending there driver too early. The Crow and the Black Widow both agreed to have a grudge race for some cash for a rematch but the track guys that put on war in the woods said alot of people want to do grudge races but if we allow one we have to allow them all and that they didn't have time for all that with weather coming in soon. Contex is everything plus a little racer common since goes a long way. Im not a huge cheif supporter as he has been away from races like this and true street stuff for so long but I definitely think it will be great for all the small tracks to get more attention and make more money than they ever have by just the amount of people that will show up to see him and others race is truly great and glad to see him out getting back to where he came from.
What was over the line for me was letting those pre-teens stand up there. I'd have a hard time feeling sorry for adults that get hurt but kids don't realize the danger = it's up to the adults to keep them safe(er)...
