Uhh, no. That's a good image of an emotional cataclysm though! All the emotions the Israelites would have been feeling would have been pretty intense.
The picture here was just meant to visualize the contrasts of different emotions that can effect people at once, even if the emotions mixing usually have to business mixing together (e.g. a mixture of anger, sadness, relief, joy, etc.)
