Not too long ago. I saw this being sold at my local FYE for like 100 bucks. I almost wanted to get it and there was a ton of other cool stuff that I wanted to get but they were very expensive. But now this chainsaw prop is by far the best one out of all the other chainsaw props we’ve had over the years. Trick-or-treat studios is really becoming the goat when it comes to horror merchandise.

Great review of course!! THE SAW IS FAMILY. It is a great toy to play with and the giddy feeling that came out of you after you put the batteries in was classic. I know that feeling too!! Man, that chainsaw prop looks really detailed and I want one so bad. One of my wish list props for sure. I have one of those Spirit Halloween chainsaws and yeah, I rather have control of the noise than it runs for a few seconds and shutting off. Also, I am not crazy about a scream feature, I am happy with the chainsaw noise only. And when you talked about the Poulan graphics, they were on the saw used in the Netflix movie. The OG movie prop was like this one with the black tape across the circle and I wonder why they didn't to scale it to the movie prop. Great video Kyle and I hope TOTS make the other saws from the other movies that would be lit for sure, would you agree?
I can not recommend this prop enough this thing is so great man I really hope you get one I hope everyone gets one I really dig it yeah I am more than happy to replace that old spirit chainsaw with this this will be the pinnacle of chainsaw props for awhile yeah the screaming feature would not be a must it’s just one thing that I could add but not a must yeah I would have have the Poulan graphic just as an option nothing that is a must as well and the original chainsaw is only slightly bigger it would hardly be noticed from what I can tell and yeah I would buy more if they would release them but I am really hoping for an Ash Williams chainsaw but but I will definitely support more

I actually live in Texas since we moved here back in 2021, and one thing we did was we went I both the Sawyer House & The Gas station on the same exact day the film took place: August 18th. We even ate lunch in the same exact room that the dinner scene took place in.
@@horrorjunkies5094 yeah could be worked as like a electric motor rotation inside, but i think that would be way more expensive then 70. I’ve seen people make a custom made one before though, but nonetheless this is such a satisfying prop toy. Best thing TOTS has made so far I think for props.
I got my saw a few days ago, Love every thing except the blade. Im 6'5 so the blades length looks a little shorter when holding. The metalic blades paint does not match the other painted screws and drybrushing on the body. Wish the Blades teeth were painted black. Or have a different Sculpt. Great for the price tho !

It’s pretty good it’s still not the loudest thing ever but I think you would hear it 10 feet away fine. It’s just a far cry from a real chainsaw sound level

The branding logo is true to the film, it was blanked out by request of the maker, Poulan.

That little black vent to the side of it is called a muffler, that little black thing next to it that’s called a spark plug
