Truth is Michigan was a better team that whipped Bama on the line, and that they were able to play with them anyway, is a testament to the coaching. Not Saban's best recruiting job with this team, but the best coaching. Saban's the goat, no doubt about it, and I suspect with this year's recruiting, he will get his number 8 in the next 2 years. But this season he coached them up and in that way, he reminded me of Bear.
I wish he would retire. With him coaching so conservatively we will get beat in every big game going forward. He coached NOT to lose the game instead of coaching to WIN the game. Played for the field goal in the drive before Michigan tied the game hoping he could just play defense to win the game. Obviously that cost us the game as we had to go to overtime. Time for a younger coach who wants to be aggressive and actually coach to win a game instead of the nonsense we saw tonight from him and this staff.

Defense did their job for the most part especially the 2nd half. Offense had multiple chances to put it away after D got stops but we don’t have a QB
