    To whomever posted this video, thank you so much!!! My father, John Scott Black, was the narrator on this and I remember when he first showed it to us. My father passed in 1994 and my god you've made my day as I am now able to listen to his voice once again :) Thank you from the bottom of my heart :)

      Vanessa Black He had a good voice for narration! Sounds like the Hollywood guy who does all the movie trailers! ...."He was a man, with a destiny....he is....Superman"....or something like that!

    i miss the restaurant cafe martiniquc, (name at about 4:10) had such great food. they had excellent steak. last i saw there was vlts where it was

    Seems too bad that they didn't follow the plan. This plan would have brought a tremendous amount of people into the downtown.
