- RMC Miami is like a real life mashup of Bring a Trailer, the eBay Motors racecar section, and a Gran Turismo garage. It’s an insane collection run by some die-hard car dudes in the heart of Miami. It’s hard to comprehend that this is real life… it’s like walking through a video game, with how eclectic this collection is.

@@JustinSeara it made 440 6 years ago and a fitting on the oil cooler came lose on the dyno and spun a rod bearing. Since then the engine was completely rebuilt and the boost is set at around 8lbs. For a 1.6L that’s very low boost, it made that power at 20lbs, no need for that power. Obviously 700 was a mistake dude lol.
Larry it was awesome having you come over. Next time we will plan for a more relaxed private atmosphere instead of hundreds of cars and people :) Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Eddie, Daniel and everyone there are so dope.... was there a month ago looking at a turbo (sadly didn’t buy it) however car was amazing and our convo.?!??! It was like living out my best car days 10_15 years ago with their knowledge , the scene they were in, the cars/builds and everything we were speaking on... they are the real deal, I’ve never been to any other so called “ car dealer” in Florida where I felt these dudes aren’t a dealer, they are the epitome of enthusiasts

I bought a Turbo 1 in the early 2000s but I couldn't find parts and it needed some work and it had rust like most cars that spend any time in the north east but now that I have money and time I'd love to find it and bring it to Cali... It was black on black
It was in Rochester NH, and the guy wanted $4300 but I paid $3800 if that can help me find it
@@sarahshively1858 As the former owner of a tribute Turbo R5 I sure hope you brought all the money. These cars are now changing hands at around the $60k mark. I suppose it's still possible to find an example that is need of some sorting for high $30's but the days of purchasing these for project money are, unfortunately long gone. Mine was a front engined Turbo car with a widebody and it fetched $14k in 1997. Good luck with the search. PS those 3 piece Gotti wheels from period will run you a grand per corner, minimum.

I was grinding teeth just watching in horror, lol. Same goes for keys and anything else that gets throne on cars. After washing/detailing my car, I can see where someone, most likely at the dealership, had rested a cup on the trunk at some point before me taking ownership.
idk if ill get flamed for this but, as ive grown i have been liking other parts of the car culture, by that I mean not just Japanese cars but everything else in general. Appreciating all the differences every single car has and why they are all very special in their own way, before my favorite car used to be the r34 but now I'm not sure at all. Heck some cars even look gorgeous plain stock, its not really about the HP but about the smile the car puts on your face. Idk where I am going with this but honestly I think more people should realize there is more to being an enthusiast than just liking certain cars or brands.

A basic buy here pay here lot needs to sale 20 to 30 cars a month just to keep the lights on and keep food on the table. A legitamit classic car, nice resto mod lot like Rabbits Used Cars can sale 2 or three a month and live very nice. These guys here are in a world of their own. The cars tgey have were rare limited edition in stock form. When you add the modifications of modern ignition electronics, fuel managment, turbos, wheels, tires, air managment body mods and such shoot the value up more. Some classic collectors are screaming about changing a rare #23 of 100 when only 60 exist still. The cars they exchange and what they change is done to enhance the experience and not just impress others. The mods done are meant to make the owners smile bigger, experiences last in memory, become part of there dreams. They could sale 1 or 2 a month and live nicely. When your customers are sheikhs, business magnets, people who can slide a debit card, wire transfer $300k, $700k or more and not blink it's nice. When they come back like the sheikh multiple times and you have a base of repeat customers it creates security.
