Thanks! Fixed my JV-30 missing key. Great video just the right amount of time and detail
Awesome 👏🏽 job!
Keep up the educational videos
Carlos, I repaired professional broadcast video tape machines for decades. Try a #17 dental explorer on that spring. It has geometry that will allow you to simply "roll" the tool in your fingers like a pencil to "rotate" the spring on to the post. Amateur radio swap meets are a great place to find tons of these.
Hell yeah man,you make it look so damn easy...
Good video Carlos! keep 'em coming :)
You guys rock!
excellent
Amazing work!
First off, thanks for the detailed walkthrough! I'm having trouble with a single key that is constantly sending a full velocity signal. I removed the SK-876-A PCB and cleaned off the contacts and rubber pads for that key with isopropyl alcohol. When that didn't fix the issue I measured the resistor values on that PCB and they're all seem ok. Any other suggestions?
Perfect! I need help with my ensoniq mirage. 3 keys do not work. I have always cleaned and repaired my rolands, but the mirage has a totally different system. Could you help me? I've had it since 1988 and I don't want to throw it away. Thank you very much
This is super helpful. I got the chassis out successfully, but my broken keys are black keys, and I can’t figure out how to get them out! Do I have to remove white keys to do this?
Yes, the adjacent white keys will need to come off before you can remove a black key.
Roland g1000 and g800 the same way?
anyone have any keys for a kawai k3?
