The score in this film is one of the most beautiful I've heard. I never knew classical music and music from the fifties could add such a seductive element... But it is perfect. Whoever chose it is brilliant. Also. I saw this film when it came out (and many times since) a year after I got married. My obsession with Astrid (honestly, I think that's what it was) and desire to continually return to this film while living in a very Christian community... really had me reflecting and questioning my decision to be in a heterosexual, monogamous relationship 💯. Women and their expression (both artistic and physical) are so beautiful.

Ok so I finally watched the entire movie(rented it)and I must say my heart is full. I'll admit I'm a bit of a punk(mushy and sh*t) and I held back tears when Gin uttered three last 5 words of the film..."just be here, with me." I'm not a lesbian but my heart fluttered(actually ever time I've watched it and I think I'm on 4th or 5th now). I'm now a fan of Ms. Astrid! I'll be looking out for you/y'all!

I watched this movie every day for the duration of my 7 day rental on Amazon Prime. It reminded me so much of me in high school except I wasn’t as forward as Rosie. And Gin reminded me of my Spanish teacher. She’s one of the reasons why I ended up studying Spanish in college. 😩😅 Anywho, great film. It was well put together. Would probably rent it again. The actress who plays Gin is stunning and Rosie is cute. Wish I was so sure of myself at that age.

I'll agree with @weepy-eyes.. I had stayed with my eyes wide open while watching it!!! Exquisite performances from both leads! Just wanted to point out that the shooting angles were different in the movie from the promotional trailer, I liked it as it gave the film a more intense and deeper approach to the characters! Congratulations to the whole crew! (A traditional, Greek girl)
Highly recommend purchasing this lovely short. The chemistry is really stunning between the two women. I also appreciated the honest conclusion. I sure hope more is to come... maybe more films or a web series? One can hope, right?

What a brilliant film. Definitely one of my favourite short films now. Great acting and directing. Well done! Btw if you enjoyed this LGBT film then I recommend watching *Professor Marston and The Wonder Women (2017).* This is also a brilliant LGBT film that’s based on a true story and the ending is also a happy one.
It could be much better on several points (acting, cast, shots) but even with these blunders there is really something here. Some sort of poetry, boldness and nerve and at the end, a bit of charm. Plus: BO is great!

So frustrating to see in many movies or series we (lesbians) die, emigrate, just can't handle the situation or whatever else comes to the writers mind. Anyway, I was wondering. You wrote the DVD will be out soon and no question I'm gonna buy it. Only thing maybe preventing that from happening is the "regionalcode". So will we in Europe be able to buy "Camp Belvidere" on DVD?

Great film. I wish it had been longer. Will it be released to dvd? I thought it interesting when, on the beach, Gin said to Rose "Don't leave me again" or something to that effect. Like it was Rose's choice. Gin told her to not visit all the time, not to come around because people talk.
I watch the full movie. it's short but dem it wore me off I had to stop and take some air cuz it was wow intense intense. Gin is like OMG and together double OMG. way too much be careful hehe

Interesting film, first half of the film is brilliant, the end is a bit cheesy, but in general worth seeing. The Astrid Ovalles has an interesting screen personality, and the other actress is good too. I would be good to make a longer version of this movie, might be women Brokeback Mountain .

I thought it interesting when, on the beach, Gin said to Rose "Don't leave me again" or something to that effect. Like it was Rose's choice. Gin told her to not visit all the time, not to come around because people talk.

Interesting film, first half of the film is brilliant, the end is a bit cheesy, but in general worth seeing. The Astrid Ovalles has an interesting screen personality, and the other actress is good too. I would be good to make a longer version of this movie, might be women Brokeback Mountain .
