Winemaking: Sorting, crushing and destemming Syrah grapes

A short film showing the processing of Syrah grapes at Norman Hardie winery, Canada. The grapes are sorted, then crushed and destemmed. The resulting juice and skins will be pressed and then fermented to make rosé wine.
