@@TheInvisibleTraveler I was actually referring to the water shortage. If the council/government just fixed the pipes as they are supposed to, there wouldn't be a water shortage problem. They are quick to put up new housing developments but slow maintaining infrastructure. Lahore has the opposite problem, poor drainage so most roads flood when it rains. Your video quality is very good.
@@therevolution91 Neither, it's all surface detail. Very little planning goes into the underground infrastructure. Poor drainage so regular flooding in Lahore and poor pipe work in Karachi so water shortages in Karachi.
