I'm just now in the same situation. It ran good for about 6 months. I drove it for about an hour and it stopped running. That was a long push back! Now, it will sometimes crank and run for about 5 minutes, then it is dead again. Any information you learned would be helpful
you will always have to let a let a carb warm up the fuel has to become warm to burn efficiently..run choked for a minute and let it warm for a few minutes and then turn your choke off..that idle screw will only show you results with a running motor...you get the idle to low it wont idle hence the name idle screw..what it seems to me is you need a new battery and to re-jet your carb or get a bigger carb seems like its starving for fuel...
The gas that it’s inside the Carburetor is frozen or is been in there for a long time and damage your carburetor. Order one in Amazon and change it, if ur not using it on the winter drain out all the gas inside the carburetor, don’t forget to close the gas line
Yeah I know these are cheap but the quality is the shittiest thing in the world, I had to purchase a new carburetor in 2 frickin months which is absurd and half the time they don’t even start
@@jduggey1 I have one. I changed the battery got a charger. And it runs amazing. Put a NGK spark plug. And really good ATV oil. These things are tanks Don’t let ppl scare you away.

Sounds like the choke is on have you played with the choke? Turn On choke to start 30 seconds then shut choke off

A cold carb has little to no effect on an engine running especially at the mild temperatures he was in. Gasoline burns all the way down to -40 deg.

no gas will not freeze.....but ethanol fuel will gunk your jets up if it sits for months..run ethanol free your machine will thank you later..
