- Bali United are quickly rising to become one of the most exciting teams, not just in Indonesia, but the whole of Asia.
Their supporters, the Northern Side Boys, are emblematic of the Indonesian supporters' scene, providing some incredible scenes on match days. Their ownership structure seems to be getting it right, building a sustainable side that is now participating in the Asian Champions League. Bali is more than yoga, surfing and tourism - its also Bali United.

So many talented foreign players want to play for Bali United. Bali has everything. Beaches, stable financially, great supporters, well-run football club. Lets just hope they can keep growing and getting better. Winning Liga 1 Indonesia is nice but they can achieve more in AFC cup or AFC championd league maybe in the future.

I think Bali United bring new enjoyment in Indonesia's Liga 1, both in managerial and playstyle. The team has professsional management and much sustain that make them recruit good quality players. Hey Copa 90! Can you make a film about my team here in Brazil? Portuguesa from Sao Paulo, founded in 1920, so this year is our centenary! We have a great story to be told that only a few people outside Brazil knows, the story of one of the biggest injustices in football history! When we managed to avoid relegation from Serie A on the field but a dark scheme inside the boardroom saved Fluminense instead of us, because they are a big club and based in Rio de Janeiro, which helps then because CBF also is from Rio! After that, we struggled a lot and dropped divisions but never gave up! And this year, when we are celebrating 100 years of our club, i think is the right moment to tell our story to the world! Please if anyone from Copa 90 read this, think about it! Thank you very much!

I like Bali United alot cause they seems like the most professional Football Club in Indonesia, and also the fans are mostly friendly. In term of coreo in the stadium, no wonder why they've been growing up so fast cause they learned from the best supporters in Indonesia or maybe in all Asia in term of coreography, it is BCS or Brigata Curva Sud (PSS Sleman supporters).

Can an Indonesian please enlighten me. Why do like 90% of the Indonesian clubs start with the letters “Persi___”? I don’t understand
persi means "PERsatuan Sepakbola Indonesia" or in english, "association indonesian football club". followed by the name of city, now you have it lol. its just an abbreviation. something like FC, S.S, or AC in europe. AC milan, liverpool FC, S.S Napoli. persija? "PERsatuan Sepakbola Indonesia JAkarta", persipura? from jayapura, persebaya? from surabaya, something like that. lol
theyre like football association, but it become the name of the club, in malaysia we're alike, Selangor become Selangor FA, bandung and jakarta shud done the same but the term PER become the club name, thats why u write it in uppercase PERSIJA, PERSIB, PERSEBAYA

Just apreciate, no disrespect. I have been in their stadium and watch some tifo from the north stand.. It's crazy for me.. If you think other group is better, it's fine. But calling them nothing is too much..
I mean they are not at a crazy level when we talk about the atmosphere. almost all the 'perserikatan' teams that have participated in the ISL have atmospheric levels like them (BU supporters). if we talk about the crazy atmosphere in the stands, you need to feel it with jakmania, bonek, bobotoh, and bcs. this is my opinion objectively

Just few weeks ago, Bali Utd got beaten up badly by Melbourne Victory and that's not cool.. i would'nt even consider it as Asia's coolest club cause i'll be frank that Korea, Japan and the Arabs clubs are much more superior.. Bali Utd are way down the pecking order even in South East Asia.. Clubs from Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Myanmar are much more better than those in Indonesia but their supporters, indonesian ultras are incredible.. but i hope Indonesia's club standard will rise and qualify to play Asia Champion League group game in the near future.. Buriram, Johor had played in ACL group stage and JDT is the only club in SEA Asia that Won the Asia Cup.. it's is like the uefa cup of asia.. If they can do it so can u, Indonesia..

Chill bro. This team is just about 4 or 5 years old now. And during that short time period, they have brought a lot of revolutionary moves in football industry in Indonesia that followed by the older teams. They are also one from only two clubs in Asia and the first (still the only one) in ASEAN that is listed in the stock market. Their massive progress in a very short time, followed by positive support from the fans has brought a new hope for football industry in Indonesia. Yeah, maybe they are not the coolest. But if you consider their progress and what they have done, they are a really cool club👌

They're actually quite hated in Indonesia because of their origins. Think MK Dons, or RB Leipzig. They're basically that. There are other clubs like them too, born out of merging and owners moving the clubs from their original locations, or franchising. They're all equally as hated.

Persisam Putra Samarinda who became Bali United now really did their job pretty well.
Samarinda isn't dead yet in terms of football, we have Borneo FC Samarinda which also comes up with good money and management, they have a former national legend and proper person who understands football to take care of the club and everything seems in order. I hope that someday we can follow Bali United and let's see if we can squeeze into elite clubs in Indonesia.
Btw, Bali shirt this year reminded us of the memory of Borneo FC around 2016 hahaha
