It's like you're watching what's happening to my marriage now, especially "me wanting to know what's my spouse with her phone".... That blew my mind. Thanks a lot gents
im not married but i like this content. another tip would be ask direct not leading questions eg rather than saying why are you cheating on me ask are you cheating on me
I attended the online solo Workshop in March. You guys were fantastic! Calmness is so very important. In our strained relationship, I am standing for us. I find that I am able to be calm most of the time. However, when my fiancé alleges untrue things about me based on assumptions rather than knowledge of facts as reasons to end our engagement, I find it extremely difficult to not lose heart and shift to feeling defeated. This has happened twice in 3pm this time. On both occasions, it is very difficult not to show sadness which undermines my ability to present myself in a genuinely calm manner. Do you have suggestions?

Do you have any videos about how to confront your spouse if you believe she is having an affair?
