All these newer Condo towers are certainly nice, but the monthly HOA Fees are staggering, it's like having a mortgage even if you pay cash for the unit.
You have to understand, this is super luxury, and those who buys, 3-10k for hoa is nothing. Keep in mind this will have michelin star restaurants etc. This will be #1 condo for many years to come. The developer is one of the best in the world, and the mandarin is actually #1 amongst all 5 star hotels. This is the best of the best that you can get.
@@don_kandon6006 I completely understand, just not a viable value proposition for me, whether I can afford it or not. The restaurants are not going ot be free, so I can go to high end restaurants every week and get the variety and options that this one or two onsite restaurants just can't offer or provide

This product is actually not even for top 1%, because to be top 1% you need to have 5.8 million after debt. These apartments start at 5 million. You basically need to be in 15-20mil category to logically buy 5 mil apartment.
Hope those "portals" are just for ease of walking through the model unit, cuz I don't think I'd want a portal leading directly from the dining room to the bathroom in the actual finished unit.
As someone who has stayed at the Mandarin Hotel in Miami my feelings are mixed. Brickell Key is rather peaceful and quiet. That’s going to be over with this…building.
