Choke definitely favors Dame and has an axe to grind with Jay-Z. Jay-Z may be shady, and block deals manipulate things to his liking and so forth. But people offered Jay-Z money to cut ties with Dame at least 10 years before he did. Jay-Z didn't entertain it until Cam was brought in and made VP. When Dame started making those moves, Jay-Z didn't necessarily agree and was like "OK here's my queue to go my own way." In the process, he made the Rocawear deal and put $25mil in Dames hand as way to smooth over parten. In my opinion, you shouldn't be bitter that he decided to put himself first and still made a loyal jester on his way out. Especially when you know their relationship has always been competitive. I ❤ Wayne and cash money , but the things he's said about our community. Having him on stage during black history month is not a good look. The self hatred displayed when he told that reporter while waving the red bandana black lives matter ain't got nothing to do with him and she crazy as hell if she believes she has something to do with BLM Movement. Then he sat with Katie couric, being respectful and laughing and joking but had such disdain towards the black lady reporter. I will never forget seeing that. I was disappointed as a black woman. I was embarrassed and in disbelief as a Louisiana native.

Choke definitely favors Dame and has an axe to grind with Jay-Z. Jay-Z may be shady, and block deals manipulate things to his liking and so forth. But people offered Jay-Z money to cut ties with Dame at least 10 years before he did. Jay-Z didn't entertain it until Cam was brought in and made VP. When Dame started making those moves, Jay-Z didn't necessarily agree and was like "OK here's my queue to go my own way." In the process, he made the Rocawear deal and put $25mil in Dames hand as way to smooth over parten. In my opinion, you shouldn't be bitter that he decided to put himself first and still made a loyal jester on his way out. Especially when you know their relationship has always been competitive. You can't expect Jay-Z not to be competitive and putting himself in a position to win when that's what he's always done. I think if Dame and Choke looked at it from this perspective, then it would be easier to swallow.
