Didn’t even realize it till after because I’ve literally never been able to see one in person!! Brain saw wild vanos unit and ITB’s and instantly said S54 🤣
Its an S50B32, strangely enough in a dakar yellow shell. So its either a pre facelift with a 3.2 put into it, repainted, or its a facelift with individual dakar yellow paint. Cool to see
@@Doggepp Im going to say,that its a s50b30. E36 M3 has probably the same thing as a e34 M5. When the facelift came out,the engine changed. The e34 M5 had a 3.6 as a prefacelift,but the facelift had a 3.8. Im assuming,that the e36 is a 3.0 and the facelift would be a 3.2. But preface e36 with a 3.2 exist. Like a e34 preface with a 3.8.(They both are really rare!)
The Toyopet Master, introduced in January 1955, is a passenger car that was an evolution of the earlier Toyota SF/RH sedan (also known as the Super) with a modernized body.
Hey Jimmy the toyopet is actually a Toyota crown or what they call them corona which is basically a corona. If you go to Puerto Rico, you could basically find them anywhere in anybody’s grandpa’s driveway. It was a very popular car back then and they ride smooth for how old they are I seen rotary swaps and even jz swaps also 16:25
After all this time, I would really have expected an engine for the kei truck to be purchased at some point. I really miss kei truck content. Your videos were all my inspiration for getting my kei trucks and van.
That e30 looked like a regular silver e30 until you said it looked green. Then i looked harder and that color goes crazy. Ima have to paint something that color now
Why was Toyota called Toyopet? In 1957, Toyota began manufacturing a slightly smaller and more economical sedan, the Toyota Corona. A separate sales network was created, which became known as "Toyopet Stores" The Toyopet Master, introduced in January 1955, is a passenger car that was an evolution of the earlier Toyota SF/RH sedan with a modernized body.
The Toyopet at min 16:19, here in Puerto Rico its actually called Toyota Corona and that one its a Third Gen, it came with a 1.587L displacement wish is a 4cyl 1.6l engine.
I can't see crown being LHD swapped because they're only made in Japan. I'm so glad to see you obsessed with crown's. They're truly the best daily cars
That car the toyopet is a competitor against the Nissan bluebird back in the 60s & 70s they are great vehicles just really small for any modern day swaps
There’s a yellow e36 m3 about 40 minutes away from me that I’m sure is first owner. They own like a mom and pop gas station/ convenient store. But I think it’s a vert, has matching hardtop tho
Idk if anybody commented on what the car was at the end of the video that toyotapet thing is a I think the year is 67 Toyota corona is what that car is pretty cool to see and I can’t believe so many Toyota crowns so many of them and I love the land cruisers so bad ass
That Dakar E36 doesn’t have a S54, that would be the euro/rest of the world spec S50 that came with ITB’s that we didn’t get in the US. Also the little white one is a Toyota (called Toyopet early on) Corona. Got a buddy’s ‘67 4-door Corona at my shop at the moment.
@@connorotoole178 These youtuber's don't know about the lowkey 1jz's lol. there were some 1jz crowns in there with the 100 cresta look a like front end's

That was a Toyopet Master made by Toyota in the 1950's and 60's and badged and sold by a different name. It's predecessors were the Corona and the Crown
3:04 Thats a Europenean S50 engine. Everyone got them like that, exept the USA. (could be S50b30 or a S50b32)
I feel sorry for everyone who doesn’t got them..

We call em coronas in the USA too. I have a 68. Looks identical to this one.
Austin killing the editing. Videos have gone to another level!

Jzs171 crowns came with 1jz and in Japan they manual swap them and drift them. The s180 the crowns you saw a lot of are really good vip/stance cars.
The 151 and the 155 did as well
How is the channel not skyrocketed as yet? There is a few swapped crowns in jamaica and they can be tuned pretty well and the new jzx chassis mark x
austin killed it with the oh brother were art thou sample in the micless section
I’m SO happy someone got the o brother where art thou reference! Thank you! 😅❤️
4:25 it’s like a silver blue millennium jade so awesome
The 86 in that blue/silver that you were loving on the bmw would be 🔥

That little white car that said Toyopet. Is a Toyota Corona, early 70's, 71 I believe. They came over with the Corolla in the 70's
In the US that Toyopet is called Toyota corona! Currently working on putting a ka24 in mine rn! Hehe
if any of those crowns were athlete vs there 1jz-gte, also the 2 cars beside that r32 were jzx81's, either a chaser or a mark 2 i think anyways

The production value of this channel is through the roof these days, nice work everyone!
Soooo paint the ‘86 the same color as that e30 at the beginning of the video?
That clown shoe was 🔥 fr fr tho
Looks like you found the color for the ae86!
Are those crowns the same line as the 2023 crowns that are comin out now?
Jimmy Oakes right under Jim Jones in the algorithm
Sick cars, you should use the paint code of that e30 for your 86 back home that would look 🔥

Awesome
The door handles on the e30 are HARD with the dimple dies
That's probably one of the cleanest unrestored shovel nose coronas I've seen 🤙
The toyopet was a CROWN JIMMY!
