Years ago in the Army we had to wash a truck to an absolutely insane standard so that it could be shipped to a storage depot for divestment. After ONE WEEK STRAIGHT of washing this truck only for it to keep getting rejected for the smallest stuff, we pressure washed the engine and battery box because they kept telling us that these areas were unacceptable. Completely broke the truck. It was clean though!

There is another owner operator I watch on UA-cam and he washes his engine weekly and I asked him about the risks of washing your engine and he said "the engine is designed to get wet, washing it is no problem" 😰
I know you hauled an excavator from Nacogdoches and also helped transport the isolated tank trailer to west Texas with unit 95. What's the furthest you've driven unit 75 on a load?
Hey how do you plan on protecting those new watermelon lights you’re gonna put under the chassis ? I have 4 of them there on my T680 and they break all the time from rocks and road debris hitting them. They’re glass . Also make sure you put silicone to seal them (which I haven’t done yet) because out of all of my watermelon lights , those ones on the chassis fill up with water the most lol
I wash my truck and engine every saturday. I dont think that was the problem. I have never had problems with my truck since 2015. And i still wash the engine no problem

That’s what I think also. Never had problems with my other truck
I been washing my truck and engine since 2015 and havent had no problems.
Engine is designed to get wet but not the electronics that control and monitor the engine

Don't ever leave your truck while someone is washing it to make sure they don't wash engine or get any water on ECM.

WD-40 is great at displacing water. If you have a idea where to spray it 😂😂
Copy washing the motor is not good water bad - steam is the best way to clean up the motor -----10-4
