Well, thank you for the video! This video was in my suggested, I find it odd that it showed me a video that is only related to me due to the fact I used to work at ConnectWise a little over a year ago and that is me in the chat. It logged you in automatically through CW Sell, btw.
Hey Steve, CEO @ Quoter here. I enjoyed the video and just thought I'd chime in and say thanks for the mention! I appreciate the feedback as well. Optional Items is in development now and will be released early Q4. We're investing heavily in product development at this stage and have many exciting features in store targeting MSPs. Regarding pricing, our solution is priced to be very, very affordable for teams with 5+ staff, as our plans include unlimited users. Cheers and keep up the good work with the videos!
Mike Walsh I think you guys have a great product but the pricing with Onboarding lends me to think you guys are not interested in the startup MSP? I would of loved to of went with quoter but feature set to price made no sense. Even though I like the product and wanted to go with it financially it made no sense.. Any plans to offer a starter option?

Options are available! Been there for awhile. It’s called options group.
Reading the section on adding a new customer. Never an issue for me. I'll always add the customer to Manage first before doing anything with it.
