Only competitor i can think of is Hanma. His first son was born of military grape, the second girl gave birth to a son, and dedicated his life to getting stronger, just so she could get Yujiro's attention, and when she was killed by him, she was happy she was dying in his arms. This is just the start, he abuses the fuck out of both of his sons.

@jayden9287 He abuses Jack via neglect and lack of acknowledgement. Jack wants to prove he's strong, but Yujiro doesn't even give him the light of day, until recently. And recently, he's hardly getting better treatment than Baki, stoll getting smacked around by dad.
And then it's going to continue in the next game.

the hanma family from baki is very similar, especially if you see the paraells of yuchiro to yujiro hanma (jinpachi and kazuya) and jack and baki hanma.
Well, i will say kratos's family in god of war is far worse

I always hated that they made Jin start WW3, especially when the point of his character in Tekken 3 and 4 (which was hopefully retaken en Tekken 8) is that he was a better person than both Kazuya and Heihachi.
Bro did all that because he ASSUMED if he killed a demon in the earth it would get rid of his Devil Gene.
@@chrisrockett5897 To be fair, he was wrestling for control of his Devil Gene for years, before he gained decent control of it, is as long as the Devil Gene exists, there would always be the danger of someone becoming an even worse Demon. ⚖️

Heard Yakuza 1? Guy lost everything.
Jin? He still has Xiaoyu, Hwoarang, Lars, Lee, Eddy, plus his own mother still exists.
Kazuya? Dude actually has Jun to back him up, Devil or no Devil.
Heihachi? He has Kuma, who else? Only had Kazumi as his wife and stayed as Kazumi’s husband. Even calls Devil Kazumi as not “his Kazumi”.
Jinpachi? Understatement of the year, he’s friends with Wang Jin-Lei, those two were already drinking partners.
But, all of that pales in comparison to one guy:
Akira? Dude lost his own sister due to fraudulent medical services. He was an orphan to the core. Plus, he was ALWAYS, compared to Kazuma Kiryu by everyone. He was just to them “weakling”, “waste of space”. And get this straight, those around him, in Kazuma’s absence made him the villain.
And then, he nearly assaulted Shintaro Kazama, but had Shinji and his secret friend and accomplice Reina, murdered, in front of Kazuma. Even planned to kill him.
Besides, he lost the one girl he loved, all because she loved Kazuma (yeah, Yumi). And then, Kazuma beat him senseless.
And how did he end up? In suicide.
Dude started fresh as nothing but a friend, a partner, and a “sworn brother”, ended as a traumatizing villain and died as such.
There’s nothing worse in the family than having an orphan be called “non-existent”. Because orphans are motherless and fatherless. Imagine being called non existent by the people around you?
Yeah, those guys have each other. But Akira? Not a chance at Yakuza 1.
So... his wife was counter evil to his evil? Wha!?
Yeah her family clan uses their Devil Gene for assassinating targets who threaten the stability of the world. Kazuma genuinely loved Heihachi, but she had to live up to her clan's mission after Heihachi changed.
Kazumi wasn't going to kill him if he's to powerfull and evil, but had that purpose from the start, that's why she married him, to kill him at a weak moment.
So uhhhhhhhh the emperor and the primarchs from Warhammer 40k might have them beat

@@ChampionAnalysis well I’m just saying I don’t think the Mishima’s started a galactic war that could’ve wiped out humanity unlike the primarchs who rebelled against their father, also sure Heihachi threw his son off a cliff but I don’t think he got so angry at his son he got his other son to burn his brothers equivalent to Jerusalem to the ground

But to accept your challenge, the Uchiha family perhaps?
Like damn, can we talk about it almost feels like the fandom gaslights Sasuke into being an “emo edgelord” that can't accept Naruto’s friendship and Itachi’s desire to protect the village that condemned his bloodline to extermination?
Like the fanbase does not realize how badly Itachi ruined Sasuke’s life and mental state.
Somehow, despite witnessing the massacre of his clan over and over again, probably thousands of times in a coma, Sasuke turned out to be a nice child, if a bit arrogant and very introverted, who cared about his teammates and even put his life on the line for them.
Only for Itachi to re-enter his life and completely ruin the last of his childhood, teenage years and possibly adulthood through , given how he struggles to show affection to his wife and child in Boruto, through another helping of genjutsu that left him in a coma, replaying his family's massacre on repeat.
There's so much more to mention too, but yeah, I'll leave it there.
That whole mess makes a lot more sense when you realize that Itachi being the hero of that particular story was a retcon that happened somewhere roughly around when Shippuden started. Before this, there are ZERO hints that he secretly had any positive motives, or that the Uchiha had negative motives, and there are several lines from Itachi in Sasuke's early flashbacks that make absolutely _no_ sense in light of what canonically happened. Things like Itachi talking about whose "vessel" was stronger. Under his breath, too, where he thought no one could hear him.
It seems like the early draft was absolutely a situation where Itachi went powermad, starting with Shisui to gain his MS and then continuing on to the entire clan, proving his strength over all of them. And don't get me wrong, I LIKE Itachi's retconned story. He's a beloved character, and rightfully so. But a retcon it remains.
@@riluna3695 I know. It just sucks that in the process of the fandom bending over to forgive Itachi, the younger fandom forgets how badly Itachi ruined Sasuke and turned him into what the “edgelord emo” (still absolutely loathe that his trauma is reduced to that) that he became.
But yeah, no real hate against his retcon story or him, as he is now, in canon.
I've just been very protective over Sasuke’s character for a decade now.

You find out your father (zeus) allows all the tragedies that happened in your life to pass and attempts to kill you multiple times cuz you’re too good at the job he gave you (that’s not exactly how it happens) and then putting an end to this feud quite literally causes the end of life AND the world essentially.

Igarashi family. Powerful but the females are jerks. Well just Izumi causes rifts between the boys. Dante and Dario get along. Hanzo walks alone despite being stronger than all 4. Dante would teach Vazz and his friends. Dario would fight anyone to show his strength. Izumi just hates the Takahashis for killing Khou the love of her life. (They didnt kill her she chose Zotashi and Zotashi and Khou both die sacrificing themselves for their kids.) She takes her hatred on Vazz and nearly kills him but it ends up biting her his will was too strong and tells her hes not his dad and refuses to be a victim. Yeah. Igarashis hold grudges for millions of years and no thats not an exaggeration.
