2-Row trailed bunker harvester with side pick-up is based on the generally known harvesting and sorting mechanism, and is certainly revolutionary in the field of drive, steering and control. The carefully developed weight balance gives a great stability to the trailed harvester with discharge the bunker while driving.
The J-models of the RJA2060 is equipped with a J-elevator instead of the standard ring elevator. Thanks to this, there is space for an upper flat hedgehog belt with double cross rollers. The machine is adapted for harvesting in soils that is rich of stones and clods. This makes the harvester even more transparent and accessible than before.
This machine is standard equipped with:
• Axial set of 18 rollers, speed and angle (12,5⁰) adjustable from the tractor, equipped with anti blocking system. Easily interchangeable with web instead of axial rollers or easy clean module.
• Control terminal in combination with a joystick for adapting all settings and parameters of the harvester.
• Set of lights and working lights for a trailed machine
• Cylinder on the pole.
• Steering wheels for trailed machine with wheel position indication in the tractor and parking brakes.
• Automatic neutral position of the steering wheels from the tractor.
• Set of tires for R2060: 850/45 30,5.
• Automatic leveling of the machine.
• Fixed towing hitch
• Hydraulic power station for a trailed machine to assist the tractor hydraulics.
• Harvesting channel: 2 diaboloes, 2 single harvesting shares adjustable in angle, 2 haulm extraction rollers, "Auto Pressure Control" (APC) for a perfect adjustable weight relief of the harvesting channel, adjustable per 1 bar.
• Dewulf Automatic Steering (DAS) by means of automatic row finder on the diabolo rollers.
• 1st Sieving web: width 1.500mm, length 1.800mm, drive with PU drive wheels (ø180 220mm depending from the pitch), mechanical driven through the PTO shaft from the tractor.
• 2nd Sieving web: width 1.650mm, length 3.500mm, drive with universal drive wheels (ø 220mm), mechanical driven with the 1st sieving web, 2 hydraulic driven agitators (one adjustable rotary agitator and one eccentric agitator) which are separately adjustable (on/off) from the tractor and in speed together adjustable on the machine.
• Haulm roller: width 1.650 mm, mechanically driven with a maintenance free pinion case, easily adjustable haulm hooks.
• 3rd Sieving web: width 1.650mm, length 2.900 mm, drive with cam wheels, speed mechanically linked to the 2° sieving web.
• Lower hedgehog belt: width 1.650mm, length 1.100mm, drive with divisible universal rollers (ø 180mm), angle and speed adjustable from the tractor, hydraulically driven counter roller.
• J-elevator: width 900 mm, drive with pinion, J- elevator and interior web both mechanically driven and connected to each other.
• A flat hedgehog belt is following the J- elevator which is hydraulically adjustable in speed and angle, combined with double cross rollers on top of the flat hedgehog belt. The flat hedgehogbelt is followed by a recovery belt which drops into the central trash conveyor.
• Stone and clod removal: the sorting table has 2 central stone channels that continuously remove the stones or clods via a cross removal web.
• Inspection table: width 1.000mm, length 4.100mm for minimum 4 persons, drive with PU pinions (ø 180mm),
the top moves up and down (controlled by automatic height sensor into bunker), speed adjustable from the
cabin, minimum falling height 150mm.
• Bunker: volume 11,5 m³, discharge width 1.850mm, robust drive chain by means of large rollers, drive axle with gearbox, bunker chain is positioned outside the side plates (no wearing of the bunker chain), possibility to unload on the move, 2 adjustable discharge speeds, automatic move of the bunker chain, max. / min. discharge height 4.850 / 1.600mm.
