The elites know that Jesus will return soon and begin His 1000 year reign after defeating the NWO. The chinese ghost cities, NEOM, etc., are for the repopulation after the Tribulation, wherein most people of earth will be killed, and the destruction will be the worst since Noah's Flood.

simple because many of the Chinese cities were built this way first the infrastructure has been like this for centuries only those who don't know history are surprised for some reason there are no slums in cities in China like in Brazil

Forest City competitor would be Palms Island UAE 🇦🇪 , technically speaking Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 “The Line” is both vertical and horizontal , Forest City is not , but still your analogy was funny L0L

Right off the bat, “what went wrong here?” Well, you can’t keep building expensive properties and expect the poor masses to move in.🙄

Makes sense in America the same problem exists too many overpriced luxury homes. They wind up abandoned instead building homes that would be inexpensive

There are plenty of Ghost town in China. Gongjia is an example of that in china. The resort town has rows of building after building. Every unit sold but no people there. Can anyone post video on that.

There are o ghost towns in China. All those articles from 10 years ago are now false. China is still Socialist country which means housing is state owned and new housing built is planed by the state. China built these supposed ghost towns before they populated these cities, becuase despite all China is still underurbanized county. There where tons of cities which were under construction and looked like ghost towns however they are now sprawling mega cities. But people will see things like that and will start sperding lies how inhumane China without understanding a thing.

Man made islands with tall buildings forcing weight compression into a concentrated area.
Place your bets which will happen first. Buildings sinking from shifting soil, or buildings cracking and failing from shifting soil?

Forest City, a $100 billion Chinese mega-project in Malaysia, aimed to create a futuristic eco-city for a million people. However, it's now a ghost city due to economic, political, and environmental challenges, with only 15% built and 1% occupied.

The number of Chinese developers that were proposing schemes like this all over SE Asia is nuts. Even in Johor, this wasn’t the only scheme of this nature proposed. They would hold competitions, and design firms would propose more reasonable amounts of development, but they would lose to firms which had no qualms about creative absurd visualizations of even higher amounts of development. Speculative BS, and probably just a scam. Probably a harbinger of what has happened back in China too.

The city will eventually be full of people from China and maybe some foreigners.
Will the city be different in terms of crime, traffic, and garbage ?
Maybe the constant surveillance will cut down on antisocial behavior, and mass public transportation will reduce traffic.
Where did the money come from to build this city, and who's paying while units are unoccupied ?

I think that one of the most important global development projects may be disrupted because of one country.
I think that the Indo-Arab-European corridor project may be from the Syrian coast instead of from Israel and to Europe, because Israel does not believe in peace with the Arabs, so the project will fail except through a new route, and perhaps Syria is the best alternative.
Will we hinder development in India and the Arab and European countries for the sake of a country that does not want peace with the Arabs?
    What is your opinion ?
A German company has signed with the Saudi company Aquapower in order to export green nitrogen to Germany, and there are preliminary agreements with Greece, Italy and the Netherlands. Also, Saudi Arabia may soon be a source of solar and wind energy to Europe due to the cheap production cost globally because it broke the record for that.
There is talk that Qatari gas, passing through Saudi Arabia to Syria and then Europe, may be an alternative to Russian gas.
Saudi Arabia, along with Kuwait, is developing the Dorra gas field in the Arabian Gulf, which can be exported to Europe as well, and all energy projects can be linked to the Indo-Arab-European corridor, as well as communications projects, projects for exporting goods and foodstuffs, etc.
I think it is unfair for a development project like this to be disrupted because of Israel!
    What do you think?

( 2:03 I'm probably in the minority but I'd be ok with hypersurveillance now. The % of thugs and idiots in the population is ridiculous compared to decades ago. Maybe they should convert Forest City to extra prison space and get them off the landscape -- and they could add more crocodiles to the moat.)
(love the channel, but megadevelopment by these cluele$$ penthouse-office execs always ruins another part of the earth's crust) 👍

There were similar nonsense projects pitched to The Philippines and Sri Lanka by Chinese developers as well.
I've personally been to "Forest City" back in 2018 and late 2022. There's not much there.
Signage is in English and Mandarin....in a country where the official language is Malay.
