BAC 1-11 first landing & subsequent training C&Ls at Labasa Fiji 1981

I shot this video when Air Pacific's BAC 1-11 475 made the first passenger jet landing at the small regional airport of Labasa on the Fijian northern island of Vanua Levu.
Note that great sound of a 1-11 taking off!

Is this the 'plane which used to do the Nadi to Port Vila run? If so I flew on it in 1976.

@@jerrysavage1599 Ok thanks. I have just been looking at a photo I took of it on the ramp at Bauer Field, Port Vila in 1977 in the then New Hebrides, along with a Boeing 737 of Air Nauru.
