Cartagena is home to the Palenquera women. The Palenqueras are known for selling delicious tropical fruit in baskets balanced on their head while wearing their native colorful robes. This video features unique footage of the Palenquera women. 🥭

Cartagena is a very historic city with lots of authentic architectural buildings. While walking we discover a few colorful side streets in the Getsemaní district that feature beautiful graffiti and suspended umbrellas hanging above. It is a very popular spot for tourists and travelers to take photos in these colorfully decorated streets. 🎨

We make our way to the Clock Tower courtyard in El Centro and venture deeper into the Old City. After exploring a few streets in the Old City we decide to turn around and head back to our starting destination at Calle 24 aka Calle Arsenal. 🕰️

AAA+ walking tour by skilled videographer .....from Getsemani thru the maze of bldgs
on the Aves, arriving at the Clocktower and in to the Centro. This tour, with meaningful
titles added, is smooth traveling with no stops for closeups of empanadas.
Its also nice to hear real ambient sounds like streetsweeper at 49:32...instead of some
silly cartoon soundtrack.
Up to Plaza Bolivar and back down Calle 36 ( which has different names like Moneda, Cruz, etc on every block)
Camera winds back up thru San Diego to orig starting point!
